Our 24 hour fax line is +1-413-863-0255. Fax orders received after
normal business hours listed above will be processed the next business
day. Please fax an institutional purchase order, including both end user
and finance contact name, desired shipping address, UPS shipping account
number and telephone number in case we have questions concerning your
order. All US sales representatives and value added resellers must fax a
copy of their state resale tax-exempt certificate. Payment of state
sales taxes outside the state of Massachusetts is the responsibility of
the customer.

customer within the United States or Canada . . .
YES sells direct to end users and accepts faxed federal or state government
official purchase orders, as well as VISA/MasterCard orders
via phone or fax (please do not email your VISA/MC number to us). Please contact
us if you require an official quote, or if you would like to discuss your
specific measurement application with one of our application engineers.
If you are a US federal government customer . . .
YES sells direct to the US government and accepts faxed US government
purchase orders or government Purchaser card orders.
If you are outside
of the USA and Canada . . .
YES has a worldwide network of sales representatives; please select the

New
Order Acknowledgement
Once a new purchase order is received, Yankee Environmental Systems
will fax an order acknowledgement with an estimated ship date. If you
require a quote, the quote will include an estimated delivery date which
is always calculated as "After Receipt of Order (ARO)" the ship date is only an
estimate. Orders are typically paid in full at
the time of the order by credit card, wire transfer or a US bank check mailed to Yankee Environmental
Systems.
Prices quoted by Yankee Environmental Systems are Freight On Board
(FOB) at the factory. All
destination shipping costs, regardless of method, are the responsibility
of the customer. Without exception, non-prepaid orders require the
customer to insure freight shipments. Within the US, Yankee
Environmental Systems will ship orders less than 150 lbs. via UPS. On
orders exceeding 150 lbs., a US freight carrier such as ABF or Yellow
will be used. Outside the US, the customer may request a specific
carrier, in which case, all shipping charges will be applied to the
customer's carrier account number. Note that your purchase order
forms a binding contract that legally binds your organization to the
terms listed here.

purchased a product that has shipped and want to track where it is in
transit, or would like to calculate shipping . . .
Shipping Damage
If you receive products that have been damaged in transit, it is
important to keep the shipping carton, packing material, and parts
intact. Please contact Yankee Environmental Systems for further
instructions. All returns must have a valid RMA
number written clearly on the outside of the box or the shipment will be
refused.
Equipment Leasing
For US customers, we offer leasing on orders exceeding $100,000 (USD).
Lease payments can provide for better cash flow compared to loan
payments, particularly during the early years of equipment use. Lease
payments can be tailored to match your cash flow needs even if your
business is seasonal, permitting the matching of earnings generated by
the use of the equipment. Upon expiration of a given lease, arrangements
can be made for renewal, purchase, or return of the equipment; whichever

Payment 
US and Canada
Several convenient payment options are available: a check drawn on a
US bank, electronic wire transfer, money order, VISA, or MasterCard.
International
Yankee Environmental Systems can accept electronic wire transfers,
letters of credit from a US bank, certified or cashier's checks in US
funds, VISA, or MasterCard (from a US bank). A cashier's check in US
funds will avoid processing delays. The customer is to designate
preferred method of shipping; all shipping charges will be applied to
the customer's carrier account number. The customer is also responsible
for all duty, VAT, and bank processing fees. Contact your sales
representative for detailed procedures on wire transfers. Shipment of
product will take place only after the funds have been verified as
deposited in our bank account.
